Privacy
Measure the site, not your credit file.
CardMath does not run user accounts, does not collect card-application data, and does not ask for a credit profile to use its calculators.
Basic site data
Hosting may keep standard server logs such as IP address, user agent, date, and page requested. Those logs exist to operate and secure the site.
Attribution and analytics
CardMath can retain UTM campaign parameters and the landing path in browser session storage so traffic from a video or campaign can be measured during that browsing session. If privacy-respecting analytics such as Plausible is enabled, CardMath may measure page visits and actions such as calculator use, comparison use, and outbound clicks.
Calculator inputs
The calculator and comparison tools run from the numbers you enter in the page. This prototype does not create an account or send those financial assumptions to an application database.
Outbound links
Issuer sites and other external services have their own privacy policies. Partner links, when added, may allow an affiliate network or issuer to know that a click came from CardMath.
